Rates are based on the type of production, duration, and any special requirements. Every booking includes me as your sound mixer plus my complete professional sound kit: recorder, wireless, boom, and all accessories.
I quote per project to give you an accurate number up front. There are no surprise fees. Here's what factors into the rate:
Broadcast, documentary, corporate, commercial, and event sound each carry different day rates.
Standard day rate covers up to 10 hours. Half-day rates available. Multi-day bookings may qualify for a reduced daily rate.
My standard kit covers most productions (8+ wireless channels, boom, recorder). Specialty gear like additional IFBs or plant mics quoted separately.
No travel charges for most of New Jersey and the NYC metro area. Locations beyond a 50-mile radius may include a mileage or travel day charge.
